Returns Policy


Twenty Hooves Tack offers the following Returns Policy:

UNUSED and UNTRIED items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of product(s) for a full refund of the product price. (Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.) Returned items must be unused or untried and in the exact condition as received with original tagging and packaging as applicable. If an item is returned that has been used, tried out, or tags removed, it will be refused and returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. ***Sale and Clearance items are NOT returnable! All sales are final on sale and clearance items. Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

**Please note- all saddles will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will be the item sale price minus the 25%.

Please email your intent to return a product as promptly as possible to customerservice@twentyhoovestack.com. The returned item must reach us within 30 days of receipt.
