Store Policies


We offer a large variety of items from numerous manufacturers and suppliers. We stock many items on a regular basis but due to warehousing constraints we do not stock nearly all items that we are able to offer. Therefore some items must be ordered from suppliers when we receive your order. Those items will generally state in the description to allow between 5-10 business days (business days are Mon-Fri and do not include holidays). If we have your item in stock we will generally ship within 48 hours of purchase. You will be notified via the email address you provided when you registered with our website as soon as your purchase(s) have been shipped. We ship via USPS either Priority Mail or Parcel Post ground shipping (parcel post is used for larger items such as saddle pads and saddles). Some saddles will ship directly from the factory and will be shipped either FEDEX or UPS ground shipping. Those methods are at our discretion.

We are happy to ship Internationally to Canada or ANYWHERE worldwide. The buyer will be responsible for any delays or additional duties or customs charges that may be incurred.

Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. If you have purchased an item that is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded within 5 days. We normally will process your out of stock item notification and refund sooner than the 5 days. We try to avoid out of stock items, but occasionally it will occur. We apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause and try to avoid out of stock items. We do not back order items. THANK YOU so very much for shopping with us.
